For the past 10 years, Tiffany Kong has been serving the Twin Cities nonprofit sector through her role at the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation. As the Director of Community Impact, she oversees and leads a team of grantmakers in cultivating and sustaining relationships with nonprofits to strengthen local communities.

 

Tiffany specializes in working with organizations and communities to engage, collaborate, innovate, and change for learning and growth. She accommodates multiple learning and engagement styles to ensure a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Tiffany founded Vision Forward LLC to help organizations and their people engage in inclusive participation towards shared visions and goals. She is passionate about providing exceptional and adaptable services, which means working alongside clients so she can get to know your organization’s culture.
